Questions about an official Hancock County criminal record belong with the office that created or keeps it. The Circuit Court Clerk handles filed District and Circuit cases. Police agencies keep their own incident and arrest reports, and the Hancock Jailer can help identify the current custody route. Kentucky State Police maintains the state repository. This private site cannot retrieve, alter, or certify any of those records. The contacts below direct each request to the appropriate local or state custodian.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
